Open source
Give away the tooling that helped you
Most of what I know came from someone else's public repo or write-up. This is the return side of that.
I contribute to open source projects when I find real bugs or gaps while building — not as a separate initiative, but as a byproduct of actually using the tools I depend on. Tailwind.Help, GoSIP.space, and xDemo.tech are all built to eventually open-source the reusable parts as they stabilise.
I try to document as I go rather than after the fact — READMEs that explain the why, not just the how, and issues that leave enough context for someone else to pick up where I left off.
